Sharp Propane: Sharp is the largest independent propane retailer in Texas. Understanding and managing customer behavior and delivery fleet performance is critical to its success. MIA created a universal reporting dashboard from 7 operating divisions. The actual data and systems of each division were not disrupted or changed.

This dashboard provides Sharp with the missing corporate overview required for informed decision making. MIA also provided for realtime data integrity checking and filtering to trap exception conditions (such as a retail customer being billed at a corporate rate). These can be investigated and corrected, resulting in a variety of additional benefits. Purchasing behavior analyses are also performed which provide new marketing opportunities.

Sell Through Services: STS provides shared sales services for manufacturers selling through the C-store channel. MIA improved a legacy system while designing and building a new comprehensive management and tracking system. Field reps could enter and edit their data via IVR or web This resulted in STS being able to double its number of clients without increasing the size of its sales force.
