Strategic Modeling

Our Clients

Seton Healthcare Network: MIA has a long running relationship with Seton. To assess the long range needs for community healthcare services, MIA has developed a Complex Patient Model™. This model segments patients into complexity levels based on the presence of a variety of factors. It is used to decide what types of specialized care should be delivered and how care can be managed across multiple sites.

Indigent Care Collaboration: The ICC consists of 11 different partner organizations. Sharing patient data is one key requirement for efficient care of poor individuals who seek care across multiple providers. We assisted the ICC staff with developing and implementing a strategy (based on complex adaptive systems theory) to quickly get the partner organizations to feed their data into the common repository.
